We’ve all been there—those heavily overproduced, corporate-designed white box rooms with clinical-looking equipment that is, at best, intimidating and, at worst, downright scary! We don’t believe it needs to be that way. Introducing

Our relaxed and comfortable waiting area is inspired not by a cold, clinical hospital or train station waiting zone but a warm, friendly, inviting Scottish living room. We have even employed our very own Barista, who will be happy to offer you a complimentary, warm, comforting cup of your favourite hot beverage to help you relax and enjoy our sumptuous lounge.

We are also big on community engagement, and Dr Ellie has even imported some exquisite Scottish Hebridean yarn you can buy, then come along to one of our Community Nights and learn to crochet, learn about Mental Health, or one of the other topics we have planned for the future.

Enjoy a toasty, freshly made cup of barista coffee and relax in plush surroundings, cared for by our friendly and hand-picked team to ensure your journey with us, however challenging, is made as comfortable as possible.
