- anxiety and depression
- stress and anger management
- relationship issues
- low self-esteem

- ADHD counselling
- life changes and transitions
With a background in education, Peta also offers support to parents and families. She has extensive experience working with veterans, people living with brain injuries, and injured workers.
Her approach is person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming, so the care she offers is shaped around you and the way your mind works.
Seeing Peta with a Mental Health Treatment Plan
If things have been hard, a good first step is an appointment with your GP. Your GP can talk through what is going on and, if it suits you, prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan and refer you to Peta. With a plan in place, you may be able to claim a Medicare rebate for a set number of psychology sessions each calendar year. Your GP can explain how this works for you.
Most people see Peta on a Mental Health Treatment Plan from one of our GPs, who will refer you directly. Our reception team can tell you about Peta’s fees and any Medicare rebate when you book.
Bookings with Peta are made through Allied Health for Wellness on 0492 800 314.
