What We're Looking For

Management at this level requires a rare combination: commercial awareness, clinical sensitivity, people leadership, and the ability to hold a lot of moving parts without dropping any of them.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has genuine experience in healthcare administration or practice management

• Understands the regulatory, compliance, and billing environment of Australian general practice

• Can lead a team with both authority and warmth — someone people want to follow

• Is solutions-focused without being dismissive of complexity

• Communicates clearly and honestly — with staff, with doctors, and with management

• Is able to pivot and help manage our retail businesses

• Takes ownership of problems rather than deflecting them

We don't want someone to manage the Village from a distance. We want someone who is in it — present, engaged, and invested.

What It's Like to Work Here

This is meaningful leadership in a practice that's actively growing. You'll work closely with the GP owners and Business Operations Manager to shape how the practice operates, develops its services, and grows its team.

You'll have real authority and real accountability — which is how it should be. The administrative team will look to you, the clinical team will rely on you, and the patients will benefit from the work you do, even when they don't see it directly.
