What We're Looking For in a GP

Straightforwardly: we want excellent doctors who are also excellent humans.

Clinical skill is non-negotiable. But so is warmth. So is communication. So is the ability to sit with a patient, make them feel heard, and send them away with more confidence than they arrived with.

We're looking for GPs who:

• Build genuine relationships with their patients over time

• Hold themselves to a high clinical and ethical standard

• Contribute positively to the culture of the practice — not just their own books

• Are curious, collegial, and committed to ongoing learning

• Take pride in what they do, and show it

We are not the right fit for every doctor — and we say that respectfully. If you're looking for high volume and maximum billings, there are practices better suited to that model. That's not a criticism. It's just not us.

What It's Like to Work Here

Our GPs are supported by a strong, experienced clinical and administrative team. You won't be spending valuable time dealing with admin chaos. We handle that so you can focus on patients.

You'll work alongside doctors who genuinely respect each other, in a practice that takes team culture seriously. We communicate openly, support each other through difficult cases, and don't tolerate the kind of internal politics that can make general practice miserable.
