Dr Diviya Sritheran

Dr Diviya Sritheran is a UK-trained GP who grew up in Surrey, United Kingdom. She completed her undergraduate training at St George’s University of London and then completed her GP training in Kingston, United Kingdom. She is an experienced GP who has worked in a variety of different health care settings including working in Singapore as part of her postgraduate training.

She relocated to Perth in 2022 and has obtained her fellowship with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Diviya is a privately billing GP who enjoys offering comprehensive and holistic care to patients of all ages.

She is passionate about equipping patients with the relevant knowledge and tools to help them take informed decisions about their health. She is a strong advocate of taking a preventative approach to one’s health. She consults in all areas of general practice and is currently further pursing her interest in Women’s health.

  • Women’s health including antenatal and postnatal care, contraception advice including implanon insertion, removal and replacements, period concerns and perimenopause and menopause management

  • Minor surgery including skin biopsies

Outside of medicine Dr Diviya enjoys exploring and travelling with her husband Dr Chan Sivanesan who also works at the practice. She enjoys the thrill of trying new ventures such as skydiving but also winding down with a good book on a cozy afternoon.
